The Polar Plunge is a unique experience that allows your company to support the 67,000 Athletes of Special Olympics NY while gaining tremendous brand visibility across a uniquely diverse population.  The Athletes compete in 22 Olympic Style Sports and the Rochester area alone has over 4,000 athletes who compete in over 35 different local competitions. 

• Participants raise money through individual and/or team fundraising initiatives: asking coworkers, family and friends to support their efforts.
• They can participate in a number of different contests including at the event: team/ individual contest party, youngest plunger, oldest plunger,
        furthest traveled and most money raised! All activities lead up to the official Plunge!
